- Whole School
Our upcoming field trip is to Patuxent
River Naval Air Station. We will have a ceremony with our partnership
in Education (PEOt) and then will tour some facilities at the Air

normal school buses to and from school - since we are not leaving until
0830 and will be back before dismissal.
Partnership in Education Program: Seven
years ago LHJNA was adopted by PEO(t), a group of NavAir) and their goal
is to support LHJNA's program in many ways - military and academic
support.
Volunteer Needs
Hi,
We are in need of assistance in putting up
the signs for the upcoming 26th Annual Antique Show and Sale. Jeremy
Chism is in charge of this and he has one person to help him out and
could use 2 more people. Great way to earn volunteer hours and you can
do it on your own as long as we have all signs up by October 31, 2006.
Please contact him after 5pm on 301-994-9726. He is out of town this
weekend and will be available on Monday.
Thanks for stepping up to the plate.

guides - they had practiced and prepared this during class. At the

Please contact Mr. Guy if you have any questions regarding

Parking Lot prior to the parade.
BLESSING OF THE FLEET PARADE
Our yearly calendar has
an incorrect date listed. The Blessing of the Fleet Parade is occurring
on the 8th of October and not the 1st as
originally stated. This places our school with a conflict of having two
parades on the same day: Blessing of the Fleet (Colton’s Point) and
PRAD (Solomons).
Mr. Guy and I will make
a decision shortly on which students will attend which parade. As of
right now please mark your family’s calendar with the following
information:
Blessing of the Fleet
Parade – 10/8/06 – 1100
PRAD Parade – 10/8/06 –
